Our Mission
The mission of NAWGJ-NYN is to raise the standards of judging by committing to excellence in education and support for the National Association of Women’s Gymnastics Judges (NAWGJ). We strive to ensure our members are well-informed, continuously trained, and motivated to uphold fairness and accuracy in competitions. By encouraging ongoing learning and professional development, we aim to enhance NAWGJ's visibility and impact, promoting integrity and consistency throughout the gymnastics community. Together, we will cultivate a network of skilled judges dedicated to supporting athletes at every level.

Assigning Update
GYM-JAS for New York North
The assigning process has begun. As your availability changes throughout the next couple of weeks please remember to update those changes within the GymJas system. Additional competitions are being added to the system and it is very important that availability is kept up to date.
Judges Cup Update
Recap!
The 2024 Judges Cup has officially concluded, and it was a tremendous success, raising over $20,000 for our organization. These funds are crucial for organizing high-quality clinics and providing valuable support to our new judges. A special thank you to Jean Pecoraro for her exceptional work as the new Judges Cup Coordinator, and to all the board members and fellow judges who generously volunteered their time to make this event possible. We look forward to seeing you all again next year!
